House Remodel

‘...When we bought our house it was certainly not our dream home, it needed a lot of work and whilst we had our own ideas about what we wanted, the house would not have turned out the way it did unless it was for Craig. Our initial meetings were very detailed and involved, we gave examples of external houses we liked, what our requirements were in terms of the rooms and from this began the first drawing. I will never forget seeing the first drafts of the external plans, the house did not resemble what we had bought at all and was literally our dream home. We worked together very closely, having regular meetings, to check progress, ensure requirements had not changed and Craig met the builders regularly on site to ensure the smooth running of the build. It really was a fantastic partnership and we have since gone on to use Callingham Associates to develop our 100 pitch Holiday Park development, which I must say has been another fantastic success. Barn Conversion in Berkswell
