ashorne hill management college refurbishment 2011

We are delighted to be working with Ashorne Hill as their preferred architect and retained to advise as necessary in all aspects architecturally in connection with their site. Our latest project which is due to complete Q3 of 2011 comprising of refurbishing a CLASP building (Model 4B) to improve its appearance and its energy efficiency. We are also refurbishing the restaurant space in conjunction with a local interior designer, by adding a mezzanine floor and increasing covers with a 2 storey glazed extension with balconies over to maximise the far reaching views across the Warwickshire countryside. The scheme was subject to a listed building consent due to its proximity to the adjoining original house.
