Sustainable New Build Oxford

New build sustainable dwelling constructed adjacent to a protected nature reserve. We successfully negotiated and secured a planning permission, and worked very closely with our client to provide a cohesive, well performing sustainable design. This building benefits from a ground source heat pump, providing the majority of all its energy requirements in a super insulated, high thermal mass dwelling.

Sustainable Extension & Renovation Project Oxford

This project explored, throughout the design, the possibilities of sustainable living by renovating an existing property. Careful consideration was given to solar gain and harnessing this energy effectively, together with passive cooling and ventilation. Solar and PV systems were introduced and now fully balanced, it creates a consistent temperature throughout with virtually no imported energy.
