Extension & Remodelling of Grade II Listed Farmhouse

This Grade II Listed Farmhouse forms part of a new Hamlet of 6 dwellings in an open countryside setting. Several redundant farm buildings were removed to open the aspect towards this building, and others were converted to create an open communal courtyard.

This property was carefully restored and a new oak framed 2 storey extension placed to the rear, to achieve a commercially viable proposition of space, whilst maintaining the original property and proportions to protect this heritage asset.
