Craig Callingham Dip Arch (Oxon) RIBA

Craig graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2005

Having worked for local practices and London studios during his career, Craig has delivered multi million pound developments predominantly in the bespoke high end residential and leisure sectors

Interests include horse riding for a civil war re-enactment society, learning to play the guitar, classic sports cars and anything competitive

 Michael Partridge Dip Arch (Nottm) RIBA

Mike has been in private practice for nearly 40 years in Coventry, and since the beginning of 2011, Callingham Associates has acquired the good will of his former practice and he now works with our team on design and delivery aspects of the business.

His consultancy role allows us to deliver projects from his own list of repeat clients and new business derived from contacts within the local business community

James R Sorrell Dip Arch (Birm) RIBA - Consultant

Jim retired from full time architecture in 2009 after a long career with Mike. However Jim still enjoys consulting on a project by project basis, especially with clients he had formed a long-lasting working relationship with whilst in full time practice.

Jim spends his spare time enjoying the finer things in life, and painting for pleasure, especially steam locomotives and landscapes
 

 Matthew Ngai BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology

Matt has been with the practice since the formation of the business and his role is an all-encompassing one, recognising the dynamic aspects of production delivery. Matt has a bias towards sustainability and energy efficient architecture and this is a prominent consideration in all his work

When Matt is 'relaxing' he is busy building his property portfolio and dreaming up new recipes for his parents’ food business.

 Peter Brooke- Architectural Technician

Peter is a technical expert in the delivery of projects across all sectors. His attention to detail is second to none and a fresh challenge is always met with enthusiasm.

Pete is also a rock musician, playing his guitar at local gigs on a regular basis, and building up his own valuable guitar collection.

 Spyridon Defteraios - RIBA Part II 

Spiros is a regular consultant with our business where he contributes to the planning and technical delivery of drawn information and specifications.

Interests include volleyball and he travels regularly to his native Athens where he has other architectural interests in conjunction with his father’s building firm.
 

 Fran Henrywood - PA & Office Management

Fran's support to us all is second to none. She looks after us all on a day to day basis from managing staff diaries to all administration aspects in connection with the delivery of our projects. Fran is usually the first person to speak to when a client phones our practice. 

 Zena Stuart - Accounts

Zena looks after the accounts and book-keeping elements and supports our business development strategies from a financial perspective

 Nancy Mills - Resource Management

We keep accurate records of all our time spent on projects to ensure that our clients are billed accordingly. Nancy ensures that this is managed in a seamless manner to allow the delivery of projects to be as efficient as possible. 

Lauren Carpenter - RIBA Part 1 Year Out Student

Lauren has worked with us for the last few months as an intern from Bath University, having the opportunity to support our team and learn in practice; an essential part of any architect of tomorrow. We usually have at least one study based employee on board as it’s a subject close to our heart to contribute positively to the profession as a whole, and it has been a pleasure to have Lauren's positive contribution and enthusiasm on board with us.
